I have been practicing family law exclusively in Cincinnati, Hamilton, Clermont and Warren counties for 20 years. In certain situations the collaborative method is not possible, and in these cases I represent my clients zealously within the bounds of the law. In addition to divorce and dissolution, I have experience in all areas of family law, including Juvenile Law, custody issues, parenting time (visitation), child support, and post decree modifications. I have been a member of the Cincinnati Academy of Collaborative Professionals since its inception. I have experience handling family law cases ranging from the simple dissolution to the complex divorce. You do not need to pay thousands of dollars to terminate your marriage or to hire competent legal counsel. The attorney fees for a simple dissolution start at $500.00 + court costs. Cases can be filed in 24 hours in certain circumstances. In the case of a divorce, or other family law issue my fee depends on the circumstances of the case. If there is an emergency, a divorce can also be filed quickly.
